Why can’t I find the nonprofit I want to support?

When you search for nonprofits on Good Deeds, you will initially search US nonprofits already registered with Good Deeds. If we are unable to find your preferred nonprofit among those already registered, tap Expand Search to include over 1 million more US nonprofits who meet our stringent requirements for receiving donations through Good Deeds.

You can donate to any nonprofit that meets these requirements: The nonprofit must be a US-based 501(c)(3) public charity registered on GuideStar. You can search for nonprofits on Good Deeds by using either the organization’s name or their EIN (Employer Identification Number).
