What is the difference between pending and available donations?

Pending donations are still processing and cannot be disbursed. On average, it takes 45-90 days for donations to go from pending to available for disbursement. This corresponds with retailers’ return periods. Once the return window closes on purchases that resulted in donations, your funds will become available.
